1. Thanks for convincing me I wouldn’t fall off the pedestal you had me on if I would just relax and let myself date you.
2. Thanks for texting, talking and iChatting me for hours after Noah went to bed.
3. Thanks for getting upset and maybe cursing but never actually getting mad every time I accidentally break, dent or scratch various parts of both of our cars.
4. Thanks for being Noah’s daddy long before you became his father.
5. Thanks for attending family functions even when I can’t, when it’s my family.
6. Thanks for sitting in the waiting room alone for 5 hours when Noah broke his wrist instead of going home and letting us just call you when we were done.
7. Thanks for looking at him and knowing him well enough to know he wasn’t just complaining; something was broken. Three times.
8. Thanks for fixing, building, rebuilding, refinishing, designing, painting and improving anything you lay your hands on.
9. Thanks for getting excited when we show up unexpectedly at your job site.
10. Thanks for choosing us and convincing us to choose you. Just by being you.
