SCHOOL

On Friday Noah gave a personal pre-orientation tour to my nephew Wyatt and our friend Jack from a post 6th-grader’s point of view to two incoming 6th graders.  Orientation gives an overview and Noah was able to give specific details.  Jami and Beth had lots of questions.  Jack and Wyatt had none.  Noah was awesome.

RULE OF THIRDS

We had to look up “Rule of Thirds” to understand this one.  I think we got it.

SIDE PROFILE

This is Kai.  I call him Kailicious.  He is 1.  He lives 2 doors away.  I’ve known him since the day he was conceived.  He kisses me when he sees me.  I love him because he is delicious, therefore the name Kailicious.  Look at that face.

SMALL

Hot Joe caught this.  I don’t know if his hand makes the lizard look smaller or if the lizard makes Hot Joe’s hand look bigger.

MOTION

Noah jumping down the stairs.   This isn’t the shot I wanted but I was really struggling so we came home.  I’m not saying Noah is second best…

I hope that lizard was not found in the bed . . . that would freak me out. Kai is pretty darn cute.

Hot Joe brought the lizard in to show me. He did almost drop the little guy, though. I may or may not have screamed. Kai is even cuter than the picture shows. He’s edible.

I have never seen a lizard this small! Too big for being in a bedroom though..
    Great photo’s!

HAHAHA!!! YES! As small as it was it was too big for the bedroom.

I saw that lizard shot & thought, “oh my, she found that in her bed!”
He is teenie tiny, that’s for sure!

  6. You are just soooooo good at this. Favorite shot would be at being the tour guide.
But you have the motion down great with a perfect subject.

Of COURSE the school shot’s your favorite, and you like the motion. They both contain your grandson(s)!

Apparently many had the same thought as me about hoping that lizard wasn’t in the bed! It’s so tiny…but I still wouldn’t want to find it there!

He was brought in from the outside and returned to where he was found, rest assured.

I love what you said about Kai, “Look at that face.” Yes, one look says it all. How great that you have such a wonderful neighbor. High five to Noah for the fabulous motion pic.

High five delivered! We are TRULY BLESSED with some of our neighbors, but them in particular.

  11. I’m obsessed with profiles – baby profiles at that. What a sweetie! How does he manage to keep people from sucking off his nose?!

    • Kimberly Pugliano /

I mostly focus on the sucking of his neck under his ear. We are so alike, Nami. Once I gave Noah a hickie when he was a baby.

Nice set. I really like the Small shot with that tiny little lizard.
Your profile shot is also darling, what a cutie.

Goodness! I have never seen a lizard that small! Amazing!

Did you see the picture I tweeted of Lily being pet by Rob? I couldn’t tell if it made Lily look smaller or Rob’s hand look larger. I loved the lizard shot!! I’d say the lizard looks smaller. (Cute, too.)
Great pictures. Convenient to have the ‘school’ subject and the tour coincide so nicely, eh?
Rule of Thirds. I’ll have to look it up, but in my uneducated opinion – I think the shot is great!
