Scavenger Hunt Sunday
Oct 28

I haven’t participated lately, and that is not okay. I need to get out and get creative. So here we go, with this week’s hunt:
- Pattern(s)
- Machine
- Signs or Logos
- Rocks or Stones
- Sparkle
Pattern
I bought a three-pack of wrapping paper from my neighbor during his fundraiser at school. I used one last night and couldn’t resist snapping a shot. I love the pattern!! No filter used.
Machine
This monster is currently sitting in my loft/office, disconnected and ready to be put away for the winter. It’s a portable air conditioner that saves my life when the central air doesn’t reach me and it gets to be 90 degrees up there.
Logo
Hot Joe comes home every day with an update of the price of gas at the Mobile up the street.
Rocks or Stones
We have a rectangular-shaped glass vase in our guest bathroom holding shells and stones Hot Joe and Noah have collected over the years. This is straight out of the camera.
Sparkle
I have a rather large collection of OPI and Nicole( daughter of owner of OPI) polishes due to the fact that my parents have a friendship with the owner. The neighbor girls love it. I let one borrow my collection and she and two others had a sleepover. When I got the container back, this is how I find the top of the stack. I did not reorganized and the photograph is completely unfiltered. There are 3 middle-school girls walking around my neighborhood with very sparkly fingers and toes.

How cute about the sparkly girls! I also have bowls of found rocks and stones in my house – they give off good vibes.
Good vibes? Then I shall keep them!
Love the sparkly nail polishes. Such fun colours. Thanks for stopping by.
I was so tickled when I saw them all piled together. Thank you as WELL for stopping by!
Loooooooooooove Sparkle!
Me too!!!!
Love that classic Mobile gas logo. Brings back childhood memories.
Especially since 3 years ago we moved into the neighborhood I lived when I was 8, right up the street. Same gas station, same logo.
That “Rocks and Stones” looks like a container of knuckles – that’s gangsta.
I just rechecked and they look like potatoes to me. Not gangsta at all.
Logo is my favorite of the bunch!
Have a great day!

Love the sparkle shot. Has me smiling…
What girl wouldn’t?
Your Scavenger Hunt Sundays are some of my favorite posts, Kim. You ‘find’ wonderful things and take great pictures. I liked the wrapping paper pattern, too. And, I love the Mobile Gas picture. Childhood memories come with that logo/trademark.
